The Student Services Department at Morayfield State High School is responsible for ensuring both the physical and emotional welfare of your students during their time at high school. The Student Services team incorporates a number of stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds, all sharing the common goal of providing your child with an educational environment that allows them an opportunity to be successful.

The Student Services Department is managed by both our Heads of Department – Student Management and Student Wellbeing and Leadership.  Also included are our Guidance Officers, Behaviour Management Co-ordinators, Chaplain, School Based Police Officer, School Based Health Nurse, Youth Support Coordinator, Year Level Coordinators and Indigenous Liaison Coordinator. Morayfield State High School students are offered support in many forms such as our CONNECT program and other alternate programs that also target social-emotional, behavioural development, social skilling and academic improvement.
In 2018 the Student Services Centre opened and it is now the hub for many of our support services within the school. The Student Services Department also has many valuable links with community and government organisations that can offer support on many levels to our students, their families and members of our general school community.

We invite you to read the more specific role descriptions of our staff below and encourage you to contact us if you think that we may be able to support your student.

Yours in Student Support.
